Eric Garske is the founder and Managing Partner of The Garske Group, Marcus & Millichap’s (NYSE: MMI) premier retail investment sales team in the Pacific Northwest.

Eric is an experienced commercial real estate professional and active member of the National Retail Group having expertise in regional single and multi-tenant retail investment sales. He serves as a trusted advisor to his clients offering in-depth market knowledge pertaining to retail trends and market evaluations in the Pacific Northwest personally having closed 50 investment sales transactions totaling $300MM with pricing records set in 3 markets since 2020.

The Garske Group specializes in investments sales and financing of shopping centers, single tenant net-lease properties, and retail redevelopment projects in the Pacific Northwest and Nationally. As Managing Partner of The Garske Group, Eric is responsible for a team comprised of 10 full time team members including Brokers and Support Staff. This oversight includes mentoring, leadership and oversight of the operations within the team and communication with Clients, Brokers, and Industry Professionals.

In Eric’s first year with the firm, Eric received the Rising Star award and since has become a top producing retail investment sales agent in the western United States leading the Oregon office has the #1 Retail Investment team since 2021.

Eric attended Oregon State University achieving a degree in Business Administration with an option in International Business and Real Estate Focus. In his personal time, Eric enjoys traveling, fishing, hunting, and spending time with his family.

SAM GFROERER

Sam Gfroerer is a retail investment specialist, dedicated to guiding clients through the buying and selling process of investment properties throughout the Pacific Northwest. A recent graduate of the University of Oregon's Lundquist College of Business with a double concentration in Finance and Entrepreneurship, Sam brings a distinctive blend of traditional finance acumen and cutting-edge technological insight to his role.

Before joining Marcus & Millichap, Sam fine-tuned his analytical and market research skills through targeted internships, notably at Keller Williams Realty. His background in Finance is enriched by a minor in Computer and Information Technology, giving him a unique toolkit for the modern age. This CIT minor specifically equips him to employ frameworks for in-depth market evaluations and data analysis, effectively meeting the diverse demands of today's commercial real estate landscape.

During college, Emily was deeply involved in campus organizations, including serving as an ambassador for the Women in Law Club. These experiences emphasized collaboration, leadership, and a commitment to empowering others, qualities she brings into her professional work.
